Website Terms & Conditions – "Pro Chef Israel"

1. Definitions & General

In these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

"The Site": The website "Pro Chef Israel" hosted at prochefisrael.com.
"The Operator": Chef Club (V.A.T. ID 318533338), owner of the brand Satoshi Knives.
"The User/Customer": Any person making use of the Site, whether they made a purchase or not.

Use of and purchasing on the Site are conditional upon the User's agreement to the conditions included in these Terms. The actual use of the Site constitutes a declaration that the User has read the Terms and agrees to them. The Terms are drafted in the masculine form for convenience only but address all genders.

2. Legal Capacity & Age Restriction

Any person who is a resident of the State of Israel aged 18 or older, possessing a valid ID and a valid Israeli credit card, is entitled to perform actions on the Site.

Safety Warning: The Site markets knives and sharp products. Sales are strictly prohibited to anyone under the age of 18. By placing an order, the User declares and warrants that they are an adult and that the product will be used with caution and responsibility.

3. Purchasing Process & Ordering Products

Product purchases shall be made using a credit card or other payment method accepted on the Site.
Submitting false details is a criminal offense. The Company reserves the right to cancel orders in case of suspicion of incorrect or false details.
Transaction approval is conditional upon credit card company approval. If the transaction is not approved, the Customer will receive an appropriate notification.
Prices on the Site include VAT as required by law. The Site management is entitled to update prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Supply & Shipping

The products will be sent to the address or pickup point selected by the Customer, in accordance with the Shipping Policy detailed on the Site.

Delivery Times: As detailed on the Shipping Page (usually up to 25 business days). Delivery times refer to business days only.
Delays: The Company shall not be liable for delivery delays resulting from force majeure circumstances, strikes, computer system malfunctions, or delays by shipping companies beyond its control.
Self-Pickup: If the Customer chose shipping to a pickup point, it is their responsibility to collect the package within the time defined in the SMS notification.

5. Deal Cancellation & Returns

The cancellation policy is subject to the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981:

Cancellation by Customer: A transaction may be cancelled within 14 days from the day of receiving the product, by written notice. The product must be returned in its original packaging, new and unused.
Cancellation Fee: In case of cancellation not due to a defect, the Company is entitled to charge a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS (whichever is lower), as well as shipping costs.
Excluded Products: Custom-made products (engraving) or products that have been used cannot be returned.

6. Limitation of Liability

Images on the Site are for illustration purposes only and are not binding.
The Company is not liable for direct or indirect damage caused to the Customer as a result of using products purchased on the Site, beyond the cost of the product itself.
The Company makes efforts to ensure information accuracy, but good-faith clerical errors may occur. In case of an unusual error in price, the Company is entitled to cancel the order.

7. Privacy & Data Security

The Site is secured under the PCI-DSS standard and utilizes advanced protection measures to maintain information confidentiality.
The Customer's credit card details are not stored in the Company's databases but are transferred directly to the clearing company.
The Company commits not to transfer customer details to a third party, except for the purpose of fulfilling the shipment (to the shipping company) or pursuant to a judicial order.
The Site uses "Cookies" for its ongoing operation and to improve user experience.

8. Intellectual Property

All copyrights and intellectual property on the Site, including the brand Satoshi Knives, the logo, designs, texts, and images, are the exclusive property of the Operator. Do not copy, duplicate, or make commercial use of the content without written permission.

9. Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction in any matter regarding the use of the Site and purchases on it is vested in the competent courts in the Tel Aviv and Central Districts.
