Order Handling & Processing Time

Every order at Pro Chef Israel undergoes a manual quality control process, including checking sharpness, handle integrity, and high-standard protective packaging.

Order Cut-off Time: Orders received by 12:00 PM (noon) will be considered as placed on the same business day.
Handling Time: 2 to 4 business days.
Business Days: Sunday – Thursday (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, holidays, and official rest days).

Transit & Delivery Times

Estimated Arrival Time (most areas): 9 to 21 business days from the moment the shipment leaves our warehouse.

💡 How to calculate delivery date?
Handling Time (2-4 days) + Shipping Time (9-21 days) = Total Estimated Delivery Time of 11 to 25 business days.

Tracking & Delivery Responsibility

Full Tracking: Once the package ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a direct link to the courier's website.
Customer Responsibility: Please ensure that the details entered (address, phone, email) are accurate. Packages returned due to incorrect details will be charged a return shipping fee.
Non-Delivery: In the rare event of package loss by the shipping company, we commit to providing a new product or a full refund, at the customer's choice.
