This policy has been updated in accordance with the provisions of the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (including Amendment No. 13), and aims to detail with full transparency what information is collected, for what purpose, and what your rights are as data subjects.
1. Submission of Information and Type of Data Collected
Important Legal Clarification: You are under no legal obligation to provide us with personal information. Providing the information depends on your volition and free consent. However, without providing the identifying details (mandatory fields marked with an asterisk), we will not be able to provide you with the products, issue a lawful invoice, or contact you for customer service.
We collect two types of information:
- Personally Identifiable Information (PII): Full name, ID number (for tax invoice purposes if necessary), shipping address, email, phone number, and purchase history.
- Technical and Statistical Information: Browser type, IP address, and anonymous browsing data to improve the user experience.
2. Purposes of Use (Database Registration)
The information provided to us will be stored in the Pro Chef Israel database (hereinafter: "The Database Owner"). The use of the information will be made for the following purposes only:

We commit not to sell or rent your personal information. Transfer of information to third parties will only be carried out to entities necessary for the operation of the business or by law:
- Shipping and logistics companies (for the purpose of delivering the package).
- Clearing and invoicing providers (for the purpose of charging the transaction and issuing documents).
- Cloud service and storage providers (such as site servers and CRM systems) secured by strict standards.
- In the case of a legal requirement by law enforcement authorities or a judicial order.
4. Information Security and Credit Clearing (PCI-DSS)
The site implements advanced protection mechanisms to secure information, in accordance with accepted industry standards (SSL protocol).
- Your credit card details are not saved on the site's servers at any stage.
- Clearing is performed through an external clearing provider (Gateway) that meets the international security standard PCI-DSS Level 1.
- However, it is important to clarify that in the online space there is no 100% immunity against intrusions. The company takes reasonable efforts to prevent this but will not bear responsibility in cases of a cyber attack that is beyond its reasonable control ("Force Majeure").
5. Your Rights: Review and Correction of Information
According to the Protection of Privacy Law, every person has the right to review the information held about them in a database.
- Right of Review: If you wish to know what information we hold about you, you are invited to contact us in writing.
- Right of Correction: If you find that the information about you is incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or not up to date, you are entitled to contact us with a request to correct the information or delete it (subject to accounting record retention obligations).

6. Mailing, Cookies, and Monitoring Services
Cookies: The site uses Cookies and pixels (such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel) for ongoing operation, collecting statistical data, and tailoring advertisements. You can change your browser settings to block this, but doing so may impair the user experience.
Mailing (Spam): Approving the regulations constitutes consent to receive invoices and operational updates. Marketing mail will be sent only if you have given explicit consent. You can remove your details from the marketing distribution list at any time ("Unsubscribe").
